And Gordon has been well and truly caught. Various online monitoring tools watching Twitter and the like watched his popularity and positive sentiment score nose-dive after this story broke.
He is on record for saying that he did not want this election to be about personality and presentation. How ironic then, that his downfall should be directly as a consequence of both.
